Park District Director Gunter Awarded 2012 Honored Professional On Friday, January 27, the Westmont Park District staff and Board of
Commissioners loudly applauded as their Director, Ron Gunter, was named the 2012
IAPD Honored Professional Award. This annual award is presented by the Illinois
Association of Park Districts to a park, recreation, forest preserve or
conservation professional who has worked closely with citizens and the IAPD to
improve the quality of life for all people in Illinois.
